General Shopping
Do I need an appointment to shop?
No. You’re welcome to walk in anytime during open hours.
What kind of items do you carry?
Curated women’s clothing, bridal gowns, accessories, and unique pieces across multiple eras. The shop is known for an inter-era mix rather than trend-based inventory.
Consignment
Do you accept consignments?
Yes, on a limited and selective basis.
What are you looking for?
Great condition, clean, and ready to sell. Pieces with character, quality, or uniqueness across any era.
How does payout work?
50/50 split. Payouts are issued at the end of the month in which the item sells.
How long are items consigned?
90 days.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
At the end of 90 days, items are either picked up or the price may be lowered.
Bridal Gowns
Do I need an appointment to try on bridal gowns?
Yes. Bridal is by appointment.
What is included in a bridal appointment?
A relaxed, private try-on experience. Optional add-ons available.
Are the gowns new?
Gowns are a mix of pre-loved pieces and designer samples. Each is one-of-a-kind.
Are the gowns clean?
A majority of gowns come to us dry cleaned. Because they are one-of-a-kind and tried on in-store, they may not be in untouched condition.
Bridal Purchases
What is your return policy on bridal gowns?
All bridal gown sales are final.
Can I exchange my gown or use it toward another?
No. All purchases are final. You are welcome to consign the gown back through the shop.
Alterations & Care
Do you offer alterations?
We can provide contact information for a seamstress.
Can I use my own seamstress?
Yes.
Will my gown need cleaning?
Cleaning may be recommended at our discretion to ensure proper condition.
Experiences & Events
Do you offer group appointments?
Yes. Small group bridal experiences are welcome.
Do you offer photo experiences?
Yes. We offer styled photo group experiences. These can be added onto your appointment or booked separately.
Can I bring friends?
Yes. We recommend keeping your group small for the best experience. Please let us know how many.
